RGS Landscape & Arbor Care was founded in 1983 with its roots firmly planted in multifamily real estate. The company grew from a practical need among property owners for a dependable partner who could manage both landscapes and trees with consistency, expertise, and a clear understanding of professionally managed real estate.
Multifamily communities are where we learned the business and developed the standards that continue to guide us today. These properties demand responsiveness, careful budgeting, attention to detail, and an understanding of how landscape quality affects residents, ownership, property value, and the overall experience of the community. We approach every property with an ownership mindset, caring for it with the same consideration and responsibility we would expect for ourselves.
