Maintenance Production Manager

We seek an energetic, highly motivated, well-organized Landscape Maintenance Production Manager. The Production Manager manages the day-to-day field operations while working closely with the Account Manager and assigned crew leaders. As a Production Manager, you will identify opportunities for improvements in production, cost efficiencies, and safety in all aspects of the job, emphasizing crew schedule and quality. You effectively manage the daily training, quality, safety, and production of your assigned crews by consistently applying all RGS safety policies, procedures, regulatory issues, and standards. You provide extensive support to Crew Leaders daily, ensuring the fulfillment of the company’s vision, goals, and strategy.

With your Account Manager, you plan, direct, organize, and schedule the day-to-day activities of the landscape maintenance crews in your assigned region. You will regularly offer suggestions for property enhancements and work with your Account Manager to create and present these proposals to your clients.

In addition to being highly energetic and proactive, the professional we seek has a minimum of 5 years of landscape maintenance operations experience managing multiple crews and properties, is familiar with Microsoft Office, and is able to use basic email. You must possess a working knowledge of irrigation systems, standard landscape maintenance equipment and tools, and basic plant identification. Conversational Spanish is preferred, and you must possess a valid California Driver License.
