2025 Field Holiday Party

To wrap up an incredible year, our team came together for our 2025 Field Christmas Party to celebrate the people who make our work possible every day. We shared a great meal (tacos were the clear MVP), caught up outside of the jobsite, and took time to recognize standout performance across the company. The afternoon included prize raffles, safety and service awards, and a moment to highlight the consistent effort, professionalism, and teamwork our crews bring to every project. We also handed out Christmas bonuses as a small thank-you for a year of hard work and dedication. It was a simple but meaningful way to close out the season: good food, well-earned recognition, and appreciation for a team that shows up and delivers.
